Xie, Wang

President Commissioner

Xie, Wang, 30 years old, a citizen of the People’s Republic of China, serves as the President Commissioner of PT Bahtera Bumi Raya Tbk., based on the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS”) dated September 17, 2025.

He holds a degree in Engineering Management from Harbin Institute of Technology. He began his professional career at Evergrande Group as an Investment Development Officer (2017–2020), and subsequently served as a General Assistant – Secretariat (2020–2023). He later served as a Partner at Guangzhou Jishengju Decoration Co., Ltd. (2023–2024), and as Chairman’s Assistant and Development Manager at Zhongji Energy Co., Ltd. (2024–2025).

Since 2025, he has also been serving as Chairman’s Assistant at Zhongwei Zhengyuan Holding Group Ltd., as well as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of PT Bahtera Bumi Raya Tbk.

He has no affiliated relationships with other members of the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, or the Company’s major and controlling shareholders.

Supandi Widi Siswanto

Independent Commissioner

Supandi Widi Siswanto, 66 years old, an Indonesian citizen, serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Bahtera Bumi Raya Tbk. He was first appointed based on the resolution of the EGMS dated August 5, 2020 and most recently reappointed pursuant to the resolution of the AGMS dated April 30, 2024.

He holds a Bachelor of Economics in Management from Universitas Prof. Dr. Moestopo. With extensive experience in the capital market, he served at Bapepam-LK (1982–1992). He subsequently held various positions at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (1992–2012), including Manager of the Listing Division, Head of the Issuer Evaluation Division, Head of the Trading Division, Head of the Trading Supervision Division, and lastly Director of Finance and Human Resources.

He has also served as President Commissioner of PT Sitara Propertindo Tbk. (2013–2016), Independent Commissioner of PT SMR Utama Tbk. (2013–2023), President Commissioner of PT Pan Brothers Tbk. (2013–2023), President Commissioner of PT Garuda Investindo (2013–present), Independent Commissioner of PT Forza Land Indonesia (2016–2020), Independent Commissioner of PT Borneo Olah Sarana Sukses Tbk. (2018–2020), Independent Commissioner of PT Terregra Asia Energy Tbk. (2018–2025), Independent Commissioner of PT Ulima Nitra Tbk. (2020–present), Independent Commissioner of PT Bahtera Bumi Raya Tbk. (2020–present), and Deputy President Commissioner of PT Pan Brothers Tbk. (2023–present).

Since 2020, he has served as Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Chairman of the Audit Committee of PT Bahtera Bumi Raya Tbk. 

He has no affiliated relationship with the Board of Directors, the President Commissioner, or the Company’s major and controlling shareholders.
