Yang, Wenhao

President Director

Yang, Wenhao, 30 years old, a citizen of the People’s Republic of China, serves as the President Director of PT Bahtera Bumi Raya Tbk., based on the resolution of the EGMS dated September 17, 2025.

He holds a Bachelor of Economics as well as a Master of Business Economics and Finance from the University of Sydney. He began his professional career as a Capital Operation Analyst at China Export-Import Bank (Headquarters) in 2021. He subsequently served as a Research Institute Senior Analyst at Huaxing Securities (2021–2022), followed by his role as Investment and Vice President Assistant at Hopson Commercial Group (2022–2023).

Since 2023, he has served as Head of Capital Center and General Manager at Zhongwei Zheng Yuan Holding Group Ltd., and since 2025 as President Director of PT Bahtera Bumi Raya Tbk.

Since 2025, he has also served as Commissioner at the Company’s controlling shareholder and as Director in two (2) subsidiaries. 

He has no affiliated relationship with the Board of Commissioners, other members of the Board of Directors, or major shareholders, but has an affiliation with the controlling shareholder and subsidiaries. 

Willius Wijaya

Director

Willius Wijaya, 32 years old, an Indonesian citizen, serves as Director of PT Bahtera Bumi Raya Tbk., based on the resolution of the EGMS dated September 17, 2025.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin from South China Normal University. He began his professional career as Sales Manager at Foshan Real Faith Lighting (2015–2019). He subsequently served as Operational Manager at PT Putera Mas Indonesia (2022–2023), Assistant Director at PT Kristal Mulia Konstruksi (2023–2024), and Chairman’s Assistant at Zhongwei Zhengyuan Holding Group Ltd. (2024–2025).

Since 2025, he has been serving as Director of PT Bahtera Bumi Raya Tbk. and also served as Director and Commissioner in five (5) subsidiaries.

He has no affiliation with the Board of Commissioners, other members of the Board of Directors, or major shareholders, but has an affiliation with the controlling shareholders and subsidiaries.
