Governance Structure
The implementation of this governance structure is based on the provisions of Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies, Financial Services Authority Regulations (POJK), and other regulations applicable to publicly listed companies in Indonesia.
The main governance structure within the Company consists of:
• General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS);
• Board of Commissioners;
• Board of Directors;
• Audit Committee;
• Nomination and Remuneration Committee;
• Corporate Secretary;
• Internal Audit.
